9-11-01:
President
Bush's Movements and Actions on 9/11
At approximately 8:48 a.m. on the morning of September 11, 2001, the
first pictures of the burning World Trade Center were broadcast on live
television, but President Bush did not inform the world till 9:29 a.m.
as reading to school children was more important than terrorists
attacking the WTC.

George W.
Bush Charged with High Treason for Complicity in the Attack of 911
We, the people, demand that there be an immediate, independent, and
thorough investigation into the following matters; and that the
appropriate judicial actions be taken according to the U.S.
Constitution.
Item #1 Intentional Delay of
Counter Measures
Evidence shows that President George W. Bush was well apprised of the
events of September 11, 2001 as they unfolded, and probably before; and
that he intentionally neglected to respond with effective counter
measures in a timely manner. That he has been using the attack as
an
excuse to curtail freedoms is an established and well-recognized
fact.
That he himself was complicit in the attack is an act of grave
conspiracy.
Item #2 Insider Convergence
We, the undersigned, also request thorough investigation into
who
President Bush met with and what the nature of their conversation was
at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha, Nebraska later in the day on
September 11, 2001.
Here
are the Constitutional violations:
Article II. - The Executive Branch;
Section 1 - The President
Article V. - Amendment
Article I. - The Legislative Branch;
Section 8 - Powers of Congress
Watch soon for more of the revealing
information of our President.
Article II. -
The Executive Branch; Section 1 - The President
Before he enter on the Execution of his Office, he shall take
the following Oath or Affirmation:
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the
Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my
Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United
States."
Official
spoken words: I, George Walker Bush, do solemnly swear that I will safely
execute the office of the president of the United States and will, to
the best of my ability preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of
the United States, so help me God.
Violation: President Bush has violated this oath as the
following will show.
Article V. -
Amendment
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it
necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the
Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States,
shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either
Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as part of this
Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of
the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as
the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the
Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the
Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect
the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article;
and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal
Suffrage in the Senate.
Federal
Reserve Act December 23, 1913 never ratified by the states.
President Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act shortly after 6
p.m. on December 23, 1913. He and his wife left immediately afterward
for a Gulf Coast vacation, having had their bags packed since
mid-December in anticipation of final action on the bill.
Violation: President Bush and all presidents since 1913 have
violated this Article by not having the Federal Reserve Act ratified by
the states as a Constitutional Amendment.
Article I. -
The Legislative Branch; Section 8 - Powers of Congress
The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes,
Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the
common Defence and general Welfare of the United States;
To borrow money on the credit of the United States;
U.S.
to finance Muslim schools, $157 million to 'improve' education in
Indonesia.
While the United States government spends billions fighting Islamic
terrorism worldwide, it has offered Indonesia $157 million dollars for
use by state-owned and Muslim schools.
Indonesian minister Jusuf Kalla announced the U.S. assistance yesterday
following a meeting with the U.S. ambassador to Indonesia, Ralph Boyce.
"The assistance will be used to improve the quality of human resources
and infrastructure of government-owned schools and religious schools
[Islamic boarding schools]," the Jakarta Post quotes the minister as
saying.
Indonesia has the largest Muslim population in the world, with more
than 180 million.
According to the paper, allocation of the U.S. funds will be decided by
Kalla, the coordinating minister for People's Welfare, in cooperation
with the religious affairs minister and the education minister.
Boyce said the U.S. assistance is purely aimed at improving education,
to make the quality and capability of government-owned schools and
Islamic boarding schools equal, reports the Jakarta Post.
The U.S. aid was initially pledged Oct. 22 by President George W. Bush
in a joint press conference with Indonesian President Megawati
Sukarnoputri at the Bali International Airport.
"The United States strongly supports a healthy democracy in Indonesia,
for the sake of your own people and for the sake of peace," Bush
continued. "We'll also support Indonesia's efforts to build an
education system that teaches values and discourages extremism."
Violation: President Bush gave away U.S. money for the general
welfare of Indonesia. Congress is only allowed to borrow money.
The Congress shall have Power To
declare War, grant Letters of Marque and Reprisal, and make Rules
concerning Captures on Land and Water;
Bush Signs Iraq War Resolution,
10/16/02
WASHINGTON (AP) - President Bush on Wednesday signed Congress'
war-making resolution and told wary world leaders to "face up to our
global responsibility" to confront Saddam Hussein.
"Those who choose to live in denial may eventually be forced to live in
fear," Bush said as the United Nations began a bitter debate over his
plans to disarm and oust Saddam. "Every nation that shares the benefits
of peace also shares the duty of defending the peace."
With dozens of lawmakers on hand for the East Room ceremony, Bush used
the speech - and the congressional vote - to press the U.N. to adopt a
new resolution compelling Iraq to submit to unconditional weapons
inspections.
"We will defend our nation and lead others in defending the peace," the
president said.
Violation: President Bush signed a resolution, not an official
act of war against Iraq which the military action came 5 months later.
The Congress shall have Power To
raise and support Armies, but no Appropriation of Money to that Use
shall be for a longer Term than two Years;
The
Victory Tax Act, which we have included as part of the Tax Research
Compendium was enacted in 1942 shortly after the war began.
The Victory Tax was a direct tax on income. However Article 1, Section
2, Clause 3 requires that direct taxes be apportioned to the several
states [not citizens directly], and therefore it was unconstitutional.
The Victory Tax Act was renewed in 1944 and was to expire upon the
cessation of hostilities, yet remains in effect today, codified under
the Internal Revenue Code at code section 3402 in subtitle C - Wage and
Employment Tax, not the "Income" Tax. When WWII was over, Washington
simply could not let go of its newfound riches - the payroll tax the
public had been conditioned to accept.
Violation: President Bush has still not recognized that the
withholding (wage) tax was repealed
in 1944 and it specifically states the tax on individuals.
The Congress shall have Power To coin
Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the
Standard of Weights and Measures;
To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and
current Coin of the United States;
Federal
Reserve Act December 23, 1913 now unlawfully allows the printing of
currency.
SEC. I4. Every Federal reserve bank shall have
power:
(a) To deal in gold coin and bullion at home or abroad, to make loans
thereon, exchange Federal reserve notes for gold, gold coin, or
gold certificates, and to contract for loans of gold coin or bullion,
giving therefor, when necessary, acceptable security, including the
hypothecation of United States bonds or other securities which Federal
reserve banks are authorized to hold;
Violation: President Bush and all presidents since 1913 have
violated this Article by allowing the Federal Reserve to print and own
unlawful currency. And regulating the Value thereof by the
amount of federal reserve notes printed is controlled by the president
through the Federal Reserve Chairman, Alan Greenspan.
