Taxes, IRS, and You
Some of these sites may have information that I do not agree with, but most of it I do, and here it is.
Here are some sites that support the fact that 'income' taxes are illegal and the government doesn't care.
Names of interest to look for: Irwin Schiff, Bill Benson, Joseph Banister, Devvy Kidd, Larry Becraft, Walter J. Burien, Jr., & Thomas D. Schauf

Film challenges the Fed, income tax
A new documentary dealing with the Federal Reserve system, income tax and government power is making its way around the nation this year, telling the story of "America: From Freedom to Fascism." Said Rep. Ron Paul, R-Texas: "You have to get permission from the government for almost everything, and if that is the definition of a police state, that you can't do anything unless you get the government's permission, then we're well on our way."

The Continental United States Completed by Ratification Date
General info about statehood, ratifying dates with ratification order #: 6-Oklahoma, Nov. 16, 1907, Mar. 10, 1910; 36(final state for ratification)-New Mexico, Jan. 6, 1912, Feb. 3, 1913; 32-Arizona, Feb. 14, 1912, Apr. 9, 1912 (introduced into the state House Mar. 19, 1912 only 33 days after becoming a state).

Your First Amendment, Free Speech - Remember That? home page of Irwin Schiff.
"Very Important: On July 5th 2005 I filed a motion calling for dismissal of my current criminal prosecution, because there are no laws establishing income tax "crimes". To be thoroughly convinced of that, and also thoroughly convinced that if there are criminals involved in income tax prosecutions, it can only be the federal judges and the justice department lawyers conducting such trials - read these 12 pages."

THE LAW THAT NEVER WAS home page of Bill Benson.
Bill Benson has served time in Federal prison for not paying his income taxes. Funny thing is he still does not pay his income taxes and our federal government chooses not to arrest him again. Why because this time he can use this book THE LAW THAT NEVER WAS in his defense.

THE 16TH AMENDMENT LAWSUIT UPDATE.
The 16th Amendment lawsuit was filed on January 18, 2001 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Bill Benson, plaintiff vs. Mike Hunter, Secretary of State for the State of Oklahoma. William J. Benson (Taxpayer) appeals from the trial court's November 6, 2001, order granting summary judgment to Mike Hunter, Oklahoma Secretary of State (Secretary), dismissing Taxpayer's suit against Secretary. Taxpayer alleged Oklahoma's 1910 ratification of the 16th Amendment to the United States Constitution was invalid, and therefore the 16th Amendment, imposing an income tax, is void. The appeal was assigned to the accelerated docket pursuant to Okla.Sup.Ct.R. 1.36, 12 O.S. Supp. 2000, ch. 15, app. 1. Based upon our review of the facts and applicable law, we affirm.

Nullifying the Income Tax.
Answer: We are going to file suit in state court in Oklahoma City on Jan. 18, because it truly is the last remedy the people can seek. The federal courts are compromised beyond any redemption whatsoever. Congress refuses to do anything about the problem of the 16th Amendment and the income tax.

Comprehensive Annual Financial Report is not the state’s Annual Budget.
Walter J. Burien, Jr. added the figures from various sources and came up with about $44 billion and began to wonder how the state could have $17 billion in costs, $24.6 billion in cash on hand, and $44 billion annual income? The little state of New Jersey, which admitted to less than $25 billion in annual income on its budget, reported $300 billion in cash, stocks, loans and equity participation on its CAFR. In every case, there are two sets of books, and the particular state could stop charging all the taxes we are familiar with.
